Fresh Peach Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 box peach jello
    3 large sliced peaches
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix flour, butter and pecans together.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
