Buttermilk Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
    2 1/4 to 2 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat buttermilk and butter to 120\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups flour, sugar, yeast, egg and warmed buttermilk mixture.
    Mix with dough mixer or by hand for 5 minutes.
    Add 2 1/4 cups flour and continue kneading for 3 more minutes.
    If sticky, knead enough of remaining 1/2 cup flour to form moderately stiff dough.
    Place dough in greased bowl, turn once to grease top.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled (1 hour).
