Lemon Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. evaporated milk, chilled
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    3/4 c. sugar
    yellow food coloring
    2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts
Preparation
    Whip the evaporated milk until soft peaks form.
    Mix water, lemon juice, gelatin and sugar and microwave for 1 minute on High. Stir the gelatin mixture into the whipped evaporated milk.
    Add yellow food coloring.
    Mix well with an electric mixer.
    Pour into graham cracker crusts.
    Chill 1 hour before serving.
