Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bread
    2 lb. cubed chuck roast
    3 sliced onions
    6 peeled and quartered potatoes
    1 c. V-8 juice
    6 cut up carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place bread in bottom of Dutch oven.
    Mix remaining ingredients and place in Dutch oven. Cover tightly.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
