Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage
    4 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. rice
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Core cabbage; put in pan of boiling water.
    Remove about 12 leaves when loose.
    Mix hamburger, rice and tomato sauce in a large bowl.
    Wrap hamburger ball in leaf of cabbage.
    If it won't stay together, use toothpicks on stem of cabbage.
    Put rest of ingredients in a large pot.
    Put cabbage rolls in pot in 2 layers. Put lid on; simmer 3 hours or until cabbage is tender, about every 1/2 hour.
    Remove grease formed on top of pot.
