Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pt. whipped heavy cream
1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
crushed walnuts
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and
powdered\tsugar.\tFold
in whipped cream to which 1/3 cup of
powdered
sugar
has been added.
If using Cool
Whip, do not add
sugar.
Spread
half
of
cheese mixture on top of baked, cooled crust.
Beat pudding with milk. Spread
on top of cream cheese
layer.
Spread
other\thalf
of cream cheese mixture on pudding\tlayer and garnish with crushed walnuts.
Keep refrigerated.
Serves 10 to 12.
