St. Paul Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 envelopes chicken noodle soup
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large onion, chopped
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine 4 1/2 cups water, soup mix and rice in saucepan.
    Boil 7 minutes.
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add beef, onion, green pepper and celery to soup mixture.
    Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
