Fiesta Swirls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. tub cream cheese with chives and onions
1/4 c. chopped green chilies (1/2 of 4 oz. can)
1/4 c. chopped black olives
1/4 c. real bacon bits
2 Tbsp. Mexican salsa
Sun-dried Tomato flat bread (see note below) or 8-inch flour tortillas
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, chilies, olives, bacon, and salsa.
Mix well.
Spread on ovals of flat bread and roll up jelly-roll fashion starting with the longer side.
Refrigerate. When ready to plate, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices.
