Pepper Steak Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. round steak
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet or soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. minced onion
2 green peppers, cut in eighths
1/2 c. sliced celery
6 oz. can mushrooms
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Brown garlic in oil in skillet. Cut meat into slivers of strips and place in bowl. Sprinkle with Kitchen Bouquet, salt and ginger.
Place meat in pan with onion and brown.
Add the green peppers, mushrooms and celery. Add 1/4 cup water and put cover on skillet. Simmer about 10 minutes.
Blend cornstarch and cooled chicken broth.
Add to contents in pan and bring to boiling. Serve over rice.
