Summer Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1-inch anchovy paste
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown garlic in olive oil.
    Add parsley and anchovy paste. Pour in 1 can stewed tomatoes, dash of salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pour over pasta!
    Serves 4.
