Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed stew beef
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 small onion (more if desired)
    1 sweet green pepper
    1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    Enough water to cover beef
Preparation
    Cook beef until it begins to get tender and add rest of ingredients.
    Cook until tender, adding water as necessary. Cooking time about 2 hours.
    This is a low fat, low calorie dish.
