Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato
    1 onion
    3 stalks celery
    1 head broccoli
    4 oz. sharp cheese
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients until soft.
    Blend to puree or use potato masher.
    Return to saucepan and add cheese, Velveeta and cream cheese.
    Heat over low until cheese melts.
    Add milk to desired consistency.
    Add few steamed broccoli flowers when serving.
