Potato Casserole Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 medium baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. warm milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes until tender.
Drain and beat in large bowl of electric mixer until fluffy, adding butter, seasonings and milk.
Check seasonings, turn into buttered shallow casserole. Fold cheese into whipped cream and spread over the potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
Casserole may be prepared ahead of time, the topping added just before baking.
Yields 10 servings.
