Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 cake yeast or 1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix with rest of ingredients. Let rise until about doubled.
    Punch dough down.
    In muffin pan, place dough in each cup or 3 small balls in each for cloverleaf rolls.
    This can also be baked in a loaf pan for bread.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until tops are golden.
