No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
5 to 6 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Blend salt into flour.
Cut in shortening well.
Combine beaten egg, vinegar and water.
Pour into flour mixture all at once.
Blend by hand or spoon until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Roll out.
Makes 3 singles or 1 double and 1 single crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
