Pinto Bean Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed pinto beans
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 c. grated coconut
2 c. white sugar
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and put into a pie shell.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 2 pies.
