24 Hour Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 c. celery
    1 or 2 medium carrots
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Use blender or food processor to finely shred vegetables.
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
    Remains fresh up to 1 week if kept refrigerated in covered bowl.
