Hamburger Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/2 cans water
    3/4 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onions and celery; drain and pour into casserole dish.
    Pour soup, water, uncooked white rice and soy sauce into hamburger mixture.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Pour over chow mein noodles or mashed potatoes.
