Cream Of Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    at least 1 lb. carrots
    3 c. good chicken broth with fat removed
    1 c. light cream or milk
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. chopped leeks or onions
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut carrots up and boil in broth with onions and garlic until tender.
    Put in blender and swoosh until smooth.
    Add cream. Puree again.
    Return soup to pot and reheat, but do not boil.
