Chicken Pie With Biscuit Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cooked chicken (4 c.)
2 c. chicken stock
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 onion
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 carrots, sliced
2 Tbsp. parsley
4 Tbsp. each: butter and flour (for roux)
1/2 lb. mushrooms
biscuit topping
Preparation

Heat olive oil in frypan and saute onion, carrots and celery until tender and brown.
Place vegetables in saucepan with chicken stock, thyme and parsley.
Bring to simmer.
