Ingredients

3 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Separate eggs; beat yolks.
Add salt and 1/2 cup milk.
Stir in flour.
Add rest of milk and oil.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar.
Fold into flour mixture and fry.
