Cheese Stuffed Shells With Basil(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese (8 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. chopped fresh basil
2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
6 oz. pkg. (16 shells) jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
1 (26 oz.) jar Healthy Choice pasta sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, stir together Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, basil and garlic.
Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons cheese filling.
Place in 12 x 7-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour sauce over filled shells.
Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 8. Total fat 3 grams; saturated fat 1.5 grams.
