Oreo Cookie Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. Oreo cookies
    1/2 stick butter
    vanilla ice cream, soften
    1 stick butter
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 large can Hershey's chocolate syrup
    1 large bowl Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush Oreo cookies and 1/2 stick butter in bottom of pan and put vanilla ice cream (soften) on top and freeze.
    Melt 1 stick butter, Eagle Brand milk and syrup.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Cool, then pour on top of Oreos and ice cream mixture.
    Freeze.
    Put Cool Whip on top; freeze.
