Prize Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. brown sugar (loosely packed)
1/2 c. honey
4 c. mashed pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. orange juice
3 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts

Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, honey, pumpkin, salt, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
Add milk and juice.
Stir well.
Pour into pie crusts.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0. Bake for 35 minutes longer.
