Creamed Hamburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. flour (or more)
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Brown hamburger and drain.
Stir in flour until well mixed. Slowly add milk while stirring.
Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
