Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/4 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla.
Add 1 egg and
mix well.
Spread on bottom of deep, 9-inch, unbaked pastry shell.
