Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    4 oz. cubed ham, sauteed
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    pinch of black pepper and nutmeg
    1 1/3 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    3 oz. Cheddar cheese or other mild cheese
Preparation
    Cook ham
    and
    onion
    in butter.
    Combine eggs, pepper, nutmeg, cream and parsley for batter.
    Spread ham and onion in pie shell.
    Add
    batter, then cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 1 pie.
