Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 to 16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. celery, diced or sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut up
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook veggies as directed.
    Drain and add celery, onions, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Top with cracker crumbs that have melted with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
