Aunt Helen'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (2 c. cooked or 1 bag Success)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Saute thawed broccoli and chopped onion in 1 tablespoon oil for 5 minutes.
    Add soup and milk.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add cheese and allow to melt.
    Add cooked rice.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with more cheese.
    Heat in the oven until hot and bubbly around the edge.
