Pasta And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. linguini or other pasta
    2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 medium onion, cut in small wedges
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chicken or vegetable broth
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    4 c. vegetables (peppers, tiny zucchini, broccoli, squash, etc.), cut in bite-sized pieces
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
    3 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
Preparation
    Cook the pasta according to package directions.
    Drain, reserving some of the fluid.
    Place in a large pasta bowl.
    Set aside.
