Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks (1 c.) margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil.
Pour in bowl and add flour, sugar and salt.\tBeat well and add eggs, sour cream and baking soda.
Pour batter into greased and floured 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet (or other shallow pan) and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
