Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter (margarine)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk

Preparation

Mix well and bake in a shallow 9 x 13 pan, greased. Cover with Streusel Topping before putting in oven. Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
