Cabbage Patch Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 head cabbage, cut up
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (mild)
2 cans pinto beans or 1 can Ranch style beans (for more flavor)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours or cook on stove top on medium, then simmer. Stir often.
