Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. vegetable oil
3 large apples, peeled and diced
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
4 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Combine all ingredients in order listed, transfer mix to Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour.
