Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini (5), sliced, cooked and drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Arrange in casserole in following order:
    zucchini, meat mixture and grated cheese.
    Pour can of soup over layers.
    Sprinkle crumbs over top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0; remove cover for last 15 minutes.
