Party Ham Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground veal or beef
1 lb. ground ham
1 c. nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. mustard (dry)
1 tsp. water
1/4 c. grated onion
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
12 whole cloves
1 c. peach juice
1 egg
Preparation

Combine veal, ham and dry milk.
Blend dry mustard and water. Add to meat mixture with onion, beaten egg, peach juice or syrup from can of peaches, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and ground cloves. Shape in loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
