Funny Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
