Spicy Cajun Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fresh white mushrooms
    1/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. Barnstable Cajun Spice Blend
    1 clove fresh garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; trim ends and cut in half.
    In heavy saute or frypan, heat oil and butter.
    Add chopped garlic and mushrooms. Saute mushrooms for 2 minutes; add Cajun Spice Blend.
    Two minutes later, add remaining ingredients and saute for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
    Serves 4 people.
