Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oleo
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil for 5 minutes the brown sugar, oleo and white syrup. Remove from heat, add soda and vanilla; mix well.
    Pour over corn, stirring as you pour.
    Corn should be in 2 large deep pans.
    Cook in preheated oven at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring every 9 minutes.
