Pork Tenderloin With Peppercorns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ___ tsp. black peppercorns, freshly ground
    3/4 lb. pork tenderloin
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. brandy
    ___ c. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    ___ tsp. salt
    1 pinch thyme, dried
    1 pinch rosemary
    1 pinch marjoram leaves
Preparation
    Press pepper into meat with fingers.
    Heat butter in frying pan just large enough to hold pork, over medium-high heat.
    Brown pork on all sides.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Pour brandy over pork.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes. Remove pork and cut into ???-inch slices.
    Pour sauce over top. Makes 2 or 3 servings.
