Refried Beans(Fat Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pinto beans, rinsed
6 c. water
1 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Place beans, onions and garlic in water; boil for 1 1/2 hours or
until soft.
Add salt and continue to cook for about 45 minutes.
Mash and use.
Freeze what you don't use.
