Si'S Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned salmon, drained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 to 3 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke (optional; see note)
Preparation
    Remove large bones and skin from salmon.
    Mix all ingredients together, use your hands!
    Form it into a ball.
    Mix pecans and parsley; roll salmon ball in nuts until completely coated.
    Press gently with hands to set nut coating.
    Refrigerate overnight.
