Epicurean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. Alaskan king crab meat, cooked
    3 each jumbo gulf shrimp, butterflied, cooked
    avocado cut into wedges
    3 to 4 ripe olives
    1 hard boiled egg, sliced
    lemon wedges, as desired
    2 oz. cocktail sauce
    mixed greens
    choice of salad dressing
Preparation
    Place mixed greens on large plate, place crab meat on greens. Arrange shrimp on top of crab.
    Add avocado wedges, tomato, ripe olives and egg slices.
    Serve with cocktail sauce, lemon wedges and salad dressing.
    Serves 1 to 2.
