Hickory Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger (not too lean)
    5 rounded tsp. Morton tender curing quick salt
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. peppercorn
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Take out 3 days in a row and mix well.
    On the 4th day, make 3 rolls and bake in broiling pan for 8 hours at 180\u00b0.
    Slice and serve.
