Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick margarine
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar and flour.
Then add melted margarine and mix well.
Add buttermilk and flavoring.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until custard is set and a little brown on top.
