Chicken Salad With A Twist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. rotini noodles (or box)
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. diced zucchini
    3/4 c. diced ripe black olives
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    diced celery, onion or cucumber (optional)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Mix chicken and Italian dressing with hot macaroni.
    Cool pasta mixture.
    Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard.
    Stir in olives, zucchini, salt and pepper.
    Add to pasta mixture.
    Chill 2 or more hours.
    Serve with lettuce.
    Makes 4 servings.
