Pineapple Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, flour and undrained pineapple.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
    Cool and store in refrigerator.
    Keeps well in a jar.
