Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    4 eggs
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter, salt and flavoring; add eggs, then milk. Pour into pastry shell; cook 15 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
    Sprinkle top of pie with nutmeg.
    Reduce heat and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes more.
