Salmon Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon (with liquid)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly.
    Pour into lightly greased crock-pot. Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours.
