Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    5 eggs
    1 Tbsp. meal
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs and milk; beat well.
    Add flour, meal, lemon juice and rind.
    Pour mixture in pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    This makes 2 pies.
